100/30 MPPT Charger and 2 180w Newpowa panels

Lately my app has been only showing ~200ish watts. Is one of my panels partially dead?

from the reading of your Max battery voltage, it looks like the battery is fully charged and can't absorb any more energy. This causes the charger to shut down, so the daily yield and max power levels drop accordingly. Try putting a big load on the battery - take about 0.5 - 1 kWh out, and see if the charge goes back up again.

Panel Vmp/Voc are low.

Rewire them in series.

They were reading higher before is what I don't get.

180W 12V Monocrystalline Solar Panel (newpowa.com) Not up to requirements.
