Victron 100/20 MPPT and FLA

What settings should I set for my Flooded Lead Acid batteries connected to a 100/20 MPPT? Right Now I have them at 14.4 Absorb and 13.2 Float. Seems to be constantly in Bulk mode so not sure if that's gonna harm battery.

According to your attachment it says 2.45V/cell = 14.7V for absorb setting and 13V for float.

If your battery stays in bulk, then there is not enough charging power to reach the absorb Voltage setting.
