Quattro VE.Bus Error 1

Hi, We have a Off Grid instalation with 3 Quattro 48/10000, 1 Color Control GX, 3 BYD Box 13.8 and Fronius Symo 25.0

All works fine since October 2018, but this year we look's this message:

VE.Bus Error: VE.Bus Error 1: Device is switched off because one of the other phases in the system has switched off"

This happens tipically always in the morning , never at night. In less tan 1 minute the system is on again.

All Firmware was upgrade to last version since comisioning

We have changed all ve.bus wires

We have examinate all electrical variables in the vrm report, but we don't find any mistakes or overcurrent or shortcircuit that can justificate power off inverter.

At this moment we don't know how to resolve this problem.

Sobre el error Ve bus 1 suele estar seguido de un error real sobrecarga , baja batería o temperatura .Por favor revise la instalación para conocer la causa real .

También revise las gráficas en el Vrm en "Avanzado" y "Registros de error" para investigar posible causa.

Buenas tardes Carlos

Gracias por la pronta respuesta, añado sobre lo anterior que al estar la instalación aislada cuando llegamos no existe una evidencia de lo sucedido. Por sobretemperatura no es dadas las fechas en las que nos hallamos, y el nivel de carga de los 48/10000 es muy bajo, apenas se están obteniendo unos 3000 VA de cada uno como mucho.

He activado las alarmas en el VRM portal con temperatura y con sobrecarga, pero no me queda claro que eso nos muestre que inversor esta desconectándose, provocando la caida de los demás.

A parte del registro de cada minuto en el VRM, no tenemos otro registro interno al que podamos acceder en cada inversor para buscar el motivo de los disparos intempestivos
