MPPT shown as unknown product in VRM

Hi,

Is this known already? (see screenshot)

Hi @N-DEE,

I've got a similar problem. Only difference is that none of my Victron devices show up and the scan ends up in an error and warning message.
This issue was already reported here in the community in the last couple of days.

I have informed one of the developers and they are going to investigate.

BOTH seems to be fixed since @Teun Lassche (Victron Energy Staff) posted in the other thread that firmware update error is fixed.

The Smart Charger devices are shown correctly now

Not both, but yours ;-)

The error I get needs further investigation and is probably Venus related and caused by beta firmware. No big deal.
