Api oder Schnittstelle um den Max-Ladestrom eines MPPT automatisiert einzustellen.

Hallo,

Ich habe ein PV-Anlage, welche den Überschuss ins Netz einspeist. Sie ist schon etwas älter und wird natürlich nicht angerührt.

Um meinen Batteriespeicher (Pylontech) zu laden, muss ich also auf die AC-Seite gehen.
Dazu habe ich an den PV-Eingang des MPPT 150/35 ein Netzteil mit 60V/1800W angeschlossen.
Wenn ich mehr als 1800W mit meiner bestehenden PV Überschuss produziere, schalte ich das Netzteil an und lade über den MPPT die Batterie
Nachts wird die Batterie über einen Micro-Wechselrichter entladen, um den Eigenverbrauch zu optimieren.

Mein Plan ist es, das Netzteil jetzt schon einzuschalten, sobald ich mehr al 200W übrig habe, und den Ladestrom über den MPPT zu begrenzen. Je nach dem, wie viel ich gerade zur Verfügung habe.
Ich würde also das Netzteil nicht voll auslasten, sondern nur so weit, wie ich gerade Überschuss an meiner bestehenden PV habe.

Dazu muss ich aber den Wert "Max Ladestrom" des MPPT irgendwie automatisiert schreiben können.
Über Bluetooth mit der App auf dem Handy funktioniert das System ja bereits.

Ich will es natürlich jedoch nicht manuell regeln, sondern automatisch über irgend ein Skript oder eine Schnittstelle.

Den MPPT frage ich bereits über die VE.Direct mit einem Raspi ab..

I have a PV system which feeds the surplus into the grid. It is a bit older and of course it is not touched.


So to charge my battery storage (Pylontech) I have to go to the AC side.

Therefore I connected a power supply with 60V/1800W to the PV input of the MPPT 150/35.

If I produce more than 1800W with my existing PV surplus, I switch on the power supply and charge the battery via the MPPT

At night, the battery is discharged by a micro-inverter to optimize internal consumption.


My plan is to switch on the power supply now, as soon as I have more than 200W left, and limit the charging current via the MPPT. Depending on how much I have available.

So I would not use the power supply to its full capacity, but only as much as I have surplus power from my existing PV.


But for this I have to be able to write the value "Max charge current" of the MPPT somehow automated.

Via Bluetooth with the app on my cell phone the system already works.

Of course I don't want to control it manually, but automatically via some script or interface.

I already poll the MPPT via VE.Direct with a Raspi.
