Smart solar mppt 75/15 load output blackout

Hi

I have issue with load output. I have Sometimes blackout for 2 to 5 seconds. Load output just cuts power and power comes back after few seconds. I dont have errors in victron connect app. Solar charger stays on and i have had battery voltage 12.8v and load output has been 4 to 9A. All cables, connections and fuses are fine.

Can i fix this or is this normal or do i just have faulty unit and i should send it back to dealer?

try going in to settings and put output on continuously, not on battery save may not help, but worth a try
