MPPT 100/50 - Voltage but no Current.

Battery is only 12.2v when tested not the 13.67v the MPPT thinks.

Most probable cause is a break in the connection between your MPPT and the battery. Check your fuse/breaker and wiring. The MPPT will output voltage regardless if there's a battery connected.
