Which is the newest model - SCC115085411 or SCC115085412? I've seen both advertised but not everyone offers both models. What is the difference between?

SCC115085411 or SCC115085412
SCC115085411 is the commonly available unit; SCC115085412 was a limited batch that was only capable of 12 or 24v charging, and to the best of my knowledge it's been sold out for the better part of a year. 411 is the standard-issue unit that is capable of 12, 24, 36, or 48v charging.
