Batterie Pylontech US3000C alarm

Bonjour

J'ai une batterie Pylontech US3000C année de fabrication 2022 qui marque une erreur au démarrage.

Le voyant vert de mise en marche clignote une fois et après la LED rouge s'allume et la batterie est Bloquée. Elle ne charge plus.

La tension actuelle est de 48,3 Volts.

Avez-vous contacté votre distributeur pylontech ?

La batterie est connectée par bus CAN à un appareil GX ? (cerbo, colorcontrol, etc ) Si oui quelle est l'erreur affichée ?
