Multiplus 500 periodically disconnects AC input

System configuration: Multiplus 500, Cerbo-S GX, 500amp Smart Shunt, 2 12v lithium battery in parallel.

Periodically, the Multiplus 500 will trip and go into inverter mode. After a time, AC grid will be restored.

Have another similar setup with a Multiplus 3000 and never seen this behavior before.

Any ideas?
