Cannot control smartsolar MPPT 75/10 Load Output shutoff voltage

I have a 75/10 connected to 24V solar panels, some pond pumps and a 12V LiFePO 4 battery. This battery type operates between 13.6 Vmax and 12.6 Vmin. I have tried to configure the Load Output using the User Def. algorithm but it won't actually disconnect the load until the battery drops to around 10.6V. This will either ruin the battery or means I have to manually operate the system using the Always on/Always off settings.

The jumper is removed and firmware up to date.

What have I missed?

Many thanks in advance,

MPPT SmartSolar

I'm having exactly the same issue with the same setup. Did you find a solution?

Have tried lots of things including fully disconnecting and reassembling the system, and altering the smart solar unit's Rx / TX port settings.

Sadly, the problem persists!

Sorry, missed this.

How are you setting load output?

Please give us a screen shot of the battery page and load output page from VictronConnect.

I'm having exactly the same issue with the same setup. I've set the load switch levels based on the voltage table from the batteries instruction manual - so switch on above 80%, off below 50%. Any clues from this? Thanks for any help.img-20240526-102727.jpgscreenshot-20240526-102646.pngscreenshot-20240526-102632.png
