MPPT TR 150/85. 12v system (RV). 2000 watts of panels. Too much. Solution?

12 volt system in an RV. I have an MPPT TR 150/85. I have 2000 watts of panels. Ten 200w panels. They are wired as two sets of 5 panels in series and 2 series sets are wired in parallel. Panel output to charger is 115v/22a. Since this controller can only manage 1200 watts coming in, how can I get the full 2000 watts? Adding a second controller so each controller manages one series (1000 watts) separately is all I can think of. Other than switching to a 24 volt system is there another way To get the full 2000 watts?

@jrskelni

Yes those are the two options.

1. Higher battery voltage.

2. Second charge controller.

Make sure your batteries can take the charge amps.

The chances of you seeing the full wattage is not normal for long periods unless you have the perfect conditions. i.e. panel temp 25°C and irradiance at 1000w/m².

Thank you! Yes, my batteries have a max charge rate of 175 so another of the same controller seems to be the answer.
