I recently installed a SmartSolar MPPT RS 450|100 alongside a Multiplus II 48 5000 70-50 in the UK.
As part of the MCS Certification process (carried out by NIC EIC) one of "Non Conformities" I need to address is...
"Charger Make & Model not confirmed by the proposed Non-Technical Person".
I didn't understand this one. The assessor said that I needed to confirm who manufactured the Charge Controller inside the MPPT as it can sometimes be manufactured by different companies(?).
I've looked through the manual and certificates and can't find anything.
Is anyone at Victron able to confirm or point me in right direction on this?
