I have a 3 phase system with fronius on AC OUT. When grid is lost, all the power is drawn from batteries, fronius is throttled to 0, even when batteries could be charged.
Please advise.

you might find that when the mains drops the pv may drop as well and it may take some time to come back - this is just the start time of the pv inverter.
otherwise there is a possible setup issue, but to help some screen shots on how its setup would be needed. also whats the hz and voltage outputs when the mains are off
