Solar yield drops close to 0w and refuse to go higher.

I have a multiplus 5kVA system with 250/70 smartsolar and 3.3kW panels and 10.5kWh Pylontech batteries with ESS assistant.

The system worked fine for about two weeks, then it charged the batteries to full in the morning, then the solar yield drops to around 30w and the batteries start to discharge.

Two days later i reset the system by disconnecting all power sources including the batteries.

After that the system worked fine for another two weeks, then it started doing the same. Today is the third day and it didn't even charge the batteries to full, it charged for about an hour before dropping to 10w.


Any help will be apreciated.

Hi Fsol

could you please advise on all the settings for the 250/70 a screen shot of each of battery settings in the MPPT unit would be of great help

plus what voltage you are running your batteries at.


The more info you can give the better.


Ie in the ESS could you pleases advise on all the settings you have used
