Hi, I have 48V Multiplus IIGX in ESS mode managing a MPPT275. A while ago the multi "hung," it was not managing charge rates, not available to VRM online portal or local access, no alarm reports, and the display had frozen. It recovered after a hard reset, switch off - count 10 elephants - switch back on and it was back. It's never done this before, a bit unnerving, no apparent external reason, has anyone else had this happen? Cheers.
