mots de passe multiplus 2

rebonjour je repose ma question vue que la personne technique de chez victron a pas put resoudre mon probleme je recherche le code pour renisialisation vitron multiplus 2 et grid pour modifier le service technic ma donner un code mais marche pas !!! il me dit mauvais mots de pass donc il comprend pas !!!!

ce que je sais j'ai eu une certaine somme d'achat victron !!! un multiplus 2, mppt 250/100, un cerbo smart shunt, et tout ca!! impossible de remettre a zéro le grid resseaux mots de pass pas valide

oui oui merci a étape suivante pourquoi le voyant low batterie s'aalume toujours alors que j'ai 53v sur mes 16 batterie 3.2v chacune !!! bon je vais voir merci encore !

Bonjour,

j'ai le même problème mon voyant est sur low batterie alors que mes batteries sont bien chargés. Je veux reconfigurer mais je n'ai pas de mot de passe ! Si vous avez la solution je veux bien de l'aide, merci
