150/100 MPPT with different voltage panels?

Hello, I have a Victron 150/100 with 3 MC4.

Now I have two 75w, 48v, solar glass solar panels using two MC4 slot. I want to buy more solar panels, but flexible (it's a boat), and it's very difficult to find 48v flexible.

The question: could I use four 12v panels to make 48v and use the last MC4? And what power?

It is not recommended to mix different panels on one charge controller.
The 3 MC4 connections are internally connected together.
The best would be to install an extra MPPT for the other panels.
