we have an On-Grid ESS System with 3x MultiPlus, ET340 and CCGX and the ESS Assistant loaded.
A message like "Phase Rotation Error" occured. But changing the phases will cause in a "Time Sync Failure". How can we get rid of these failures?
Also a problem: Grid Information on CCGX always empty "---". May this is the real problem the battery load not start.
Any ideas welcome

How are you changing the phases to remove the rotation error? is it including a software reprogram or just physically moving units around? Or just moving AC in wiring? Maybe a check on the programing of each unit position in the three phase would help.
The error #10 Time sync failure can be cause by dc fusing blowing so yes can be caused by your batteries not working.
The other more overlooked causes of random problems is the VE cables linking the units.

If we only change the AC wiring the "rotation error" results in a "Time Sync" failure. If we change also the inverters configuration we have the "rotation error" again.
DC fuse ist ok.
The links between the inverters exist and they are ok.
Why is the "GRID" on dashboard always "---" ?

Grid is only shown after the system accepted the AC input.
It seem like you are from a electrician company, so I guess you can check the phase order and the rotating field that must match the output of the Multis.
Grid wird nur angezeigt, wenn das System das Netz auch akzeptiert hat, aber soweit kommt es im Moment ja noch nicht.
Sie scheinen von einem Eketro-Unternehmen zu sein, da haben sie doch sicher die Möglichkeit die Phasenfolge bzw. das Drehfeld zu messen, das muss mit dem Ausgang der Multis übereinstimmen.

The VVGX knows the amount of AC Loads and the solar inverters generation. It could be calculated...

Solved:
One Inverter was broken. Victron Germany repaired it. Now the 3-phase system works fine.
