String #2 is OK no loosed connection or bad MC4 with the OC voltage OK. When the tring is connected there is no voltage at the port on solar 2.

Any help will be appreciatted.

Hi,

has solar 2 been working OK for a while and has just stopped working?

Do you get any output at different times of the day?

Hello @bladerunnervf,

The unit was running normally with the two solar ports. No, it doesn't give any output ay any time at all.

On the face of it, it sounds like a failure.

Is there any logging of status data or any error codes?

Can u get your installer to login and check it remotely?

@dgmar_ni

You can check by connecting T1 string to T2 tracker. If it still does not work then the unit if faulty.

The other possibility is clamped on insulation. Happens alot more than you think.

Hello @Alexandra yes that was done by switching strings between ports and nothing. The string on T2 has OC voltage readings and runs OK on T1.

Hello @bladerunnervf ,

Remotely with Victron Connect I don't see error history I believe it must be seen on site from its display.
