MPPT 150/35 Voltage discrepancy

My MPPT 150/35 seems to work Ok - 24V system, 3 x 200W panels in series....

BUT, now I'm not so sure...

The battery voltage reported in the app is 1.6V higher than the measured battery voltage at the MPPT battery terminals.

The voltage measured at the MPPT battery terminals is the same as the Victron Battery Sense reports and the same as the battery monitor reports, so it's not a wiring issue.

So why does the app report a voltage that is 1.6V higher than it actually is ?

Wouldn't this lead to incorrect charging as the MPPT thinks that the absorption voltage has been reached, when actually it hasn't ?

I've seen similar posts, but no conclusive answers.

If the internal voltage reading is too high, it will affect charging. Please get your dealer to check the unit.
