Victron Mppt 75/15 + 100W panel + 12v lifepo4 battery give 0.1 to 0.2 amps

I've noticed that there's a current drop of around 1.2A to 1.3A between the solar panel and the MPPT charge controller, resulting in only 0.1A to 0.2A being delivered to the battery. This reduction in current is likely due to the lower angle of the sun, which is preventing from reaching the panel's optimum output of 4.9A.

Is it normal for the MPPT charge controller to experience such a significant loss of 1.2A under these conditions?

In short, yes. A friend in the UK with 200W panels is barely getting 30W recently. I get 10% or less on the dull cloudy days we've had recently.

Is the 1.2-3a is losses during MPPT Operation? The panel wires to the victron mppt show 1.5a and it result into a 0.1a to 0.2a to the battery.
