ESS with different second battery behind 3 phase Multiplus II serial system

Hello friends,

I have a 3 phase installation with Multiplus-II connected in serial to the grid, AC-coupled PV with SMA and Danfoss inverters and a DIY 48V/400Ah battery bank.

I would increase the storage capacity with another BYD B-Box Pro 7.5 at a Multiplus-II AC-coupled behind the 3 phase installation.

It is possible to configure it as a overall system?

With ESS assistant no.

It can be hooked up to the original GX for the main system but for monitoring only with limited information and no control.

It is best to be fully independent if you need some controls or mainly set as a backup or ups type system.
