Will Smartshunt visualize output from microhydro

I am installing a Xantrex C40 to use as a dump load controller for microhydro. I want to visualize the output from my microhydro onto the VRM that my Cerbo GX gives me. Will a smartshunt installed onto this new input source to my battery system work for this purpose? I already have a smartshunt installed for the larger PV system, so this one would be additional.

If you are using it as a DC meter then yes.

You can then enable has dc system as well. It will appear as a tile
