Anyone else ever see this happen? I have a Cerbo-GX connected to a color display, and this is the only installation I’ve ever seen where the Remote Console and the VRM Portal show the MultiPlus-II as “Off”, 24/7. Doesn’t matter whether it’s taking current from the grid, bulk charging, or just inverting, it always shows “Off”. I can’t even get anyone to guess at what could cause this, so please take your best shot and guess!
It sounds like Cerbo is not seeing the Multi. You need to disconnect the internal GX device and connect Cerbo to the VE.Bus connection inside the Multi.

You are absolutely correct. Lesson learned (99% of the time it’s usually something simple, isn’t it?). I neglected to reconnect one of the V.E.Bus cables that had been temporarily disconnected a few weeks ago and was just hiding behind one of the bus bars! Thank you, Kevin…
Status indication could be better. Showing “Off” when it’s really “not responding” or “none found” doesn’t help diagnose issues.

there might be other reasons…
but at the same time
somewhere I read that if things like this happened re-install of Venus OS had helped (ok, Raspi not Cerbo)…
