Hi! How can i fix incorrect visualization my Grid L1 and L3 (!?) in single phase system, based on Multi RS Solar?

It’s possible that at some point you’ve set on the Multi RS → System settings the Phase Selection as L3.
That info was sent to VRM and remained there, “polluting” the layout.

I am just guessing here, maybe @Barbara could tell us more. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your attention, the system is still working perfect, additional current sensor showing the same Watt information…
It’s just incorrect visualization by VRM, but I think it’s the Cerbo GX problem, or Cerbo GX - VRM handshake.

How I fixed it:

  • Delete installation, wait 1min
  • Add new installation, wait 1min
  • Reboot GX device by switching off power cable 20sec and switching on

Now it’s working perfect! (again)
