Only a few months ago, i was able to see and select "Pylontech” as one of the presets which was a nice to have. Fast forward, these presets have disappeared. I’ve now had to manually enter the battery parameters.
There was never a preset for Pylontech, you need to create it yourself.

It definitely existed. Here is a screen shot from a colleagues unit. Neither him or I created them manually.
There definitely never was a Pylontech preset.
Also that “Low voltage” isn’t a default preset.

Yep as @M_Lange said I hadn’t seen any presents when I done mine in 2023 and I upgraded to the 10kVa in 2024 never seen any setting for the pylontech but not going to lie a preset like that would be brilliant
I’m going to park my argument on whether the preset was there or created manually for the moment 
but to have it deleted/lost after an update is a raising concern. Perhaps this could be fed back to the software developers?
It shouldn’t disappear after an update but if you delete and reinstall the app.
I have loads of presets from over 5 years ago. (Still have the same phone)
So i can say for sure it is not something that happens in updates. As all my profiles are there.
It would have had to have been a user interaction for both the existence and removal of the profile.
