I registered my cerbo on the vrm portal. All was going well for a few days. Then it stopped logging in. After some time I tried to reset password. Still didn’t work. Then I unplugged cerbo and powerd back up. I can now access remote console. When I press vrm I get. An access request for this site is pending. Please waite for approval. From who. I haven’t got any emails and ime still waiting. Can I reset and start again. Just going around in circles. Thanks for any help
Did you try re register it?
Usually l you have to do is login to the VRM account and that has the installation attached to it.
No the reset won’t change your VRM access.
When I press the vrm button from cerbo page or control panel it just comes up with the same message. Is there another way to log in?
Ok so you are using victron connect then?
You can log into the victron vrm app. Or you need to authorise connect to loginto your vrm account. It is supposed to open your browser to do so.
Thanks. When I started working throw the link you sent I realized that I had registered my vrm account with work email. Then when I was having problems requested password change with home email. So it was sending access denied to 1 and requesting authorisation to the other. Now all working on bothe email logins . Thanks for your help
