Cerbo GX cannot connect

Hi all,

I have a VRM account and trying to connect my Cerbo GX.

I have entered the VRM portal ID but when I try to connect a popup informs me that an access request for this site is already pending please wait for admin approval or contact site admin for updates. I have been trying to connect for a week so can someone advise how long approval normally takes ?
