Hi - same issue here. Question as ‘newbie’ in support questions: Is there a chance that this will be fixed? How will I know? i.e. What can be done to give this request a higher priority in terms of an additional user raising it?

Victron are aware and this has been passed on to the VRM team. It happens from time to time and they usually fix it within a few days. If I hear anything I will post.

Yes, same issue here…I had start a new topic as well

Info from Victron We are in the middle of a framework upgrade to improve performance of VRM’s databases. After that upgrade is done, we can increase the limit on download ranges again.

Confirmed as working. Many thanks.
