My VRM email notifications seem to be disabling themselves for no apparent reason. I enable these in preferences > notifications and after navigating away from the page and coming back, or simply refreshing the page they change from enabled (green slider) to disabled (red slider) immediately. I have deleted my cookies, etc and this hasn’t made any difference.
The same happens whether I access on my laptop browser or mobile browser.
I had the same issue last year which lasted a number of days before it just fixed itself.
