VRM Alarms the toggle keeps turning itself off

we have over 500 systems on vrm and we respond to the emails that are showing alarms but over the last 5 days the toggle keeps turning itself off has there been some sort of an update as we also had to go through each unit and turn alarm notifications back on to out shared email
