VRM status widgets are nor filled with data. (iOS)

Dear all,

since yesterday I don’t get data from the vrm via the widgets. Klicking on the outdatet widget leads to the live view of the vrm.

I do not have screenshots of that situation ()
But you get this

if you try to reinstall the widget. All status widgets are “empty”.

Have fun

Marc

Dear All,

it seems that nobody has this problem. I would like to know which debug possibilities I have:-)
This is a screenshot from today:

Yes the widget is coupled to my installation.
I use NO bidirectional VRM connection (only for updates and multiplus setup.)
It worked until the day before yesterday.

I’m experiencing the same issue on my one device (but not on my other one). I’m also seeing that the status widget lock screen widgets have completely disappeared.

Noting that this has happened to me before. I did report it back when it happened the first time back on the old community site, but I never received any response on that post, and the widgets eventually started working again.

Hello Daniël,

so we are two:-)
May be time will solve our problem…

Have fun

Dear all,

I am confused. It works.
I didn’t change anything. @DanielRoux I have no idiea.

Hi Both,

I have seen this before, and as you have now both seen part of the problem is that it is so far not possible to replicate, even with identical hardware, and then often resolving without explanation.

Truely a frustrating bug.

If anyone else has the issue, please report it with as much detail as you can.

Dear Guy,

Smartphone:
iphone 12 pro
