I got it second hand, but I had it working, but I haven’t used it for a while, I swapped phones recently and can’t seem to reactivate the account.
A new phone has nothing to do with the VRM registration.
Did you had it registered to your account previously?
Yea it was and working, but funny I changed jobs hence the new phone and possibly new email. Do you think it’ could be looking at the old email address.
The site is assigned to the email you registered it with. You cannot add another without the original account approving the request.
You will need to log a support request via the distributor to get this changed providing proof of ownership.
You should still be able to log in with your old email address and approve the new one, unless you have forgotten the password.
I’m in trouble then I bought it second hand and have no access to my old email. I reckon I’ll Have to dig deeper. Thanks for the response
You don’t need access to old email. Just log onto vrm with your old email and the password you set.
