Locked Out from VRM

I experienced about 3 weeks ago the same issue as: Can’t login to my VRM account

I use a system password manager (iOS) to create and store passwords. From one day to another VRM Portal said: „Invalid Password". Perhaps the pssword policies have changed and it accidently used an invalid character?

Now I do not have any chance to get into my account again:

  • Reset is not possible as 2FA is not acivated
  • 2FA Reset is not possible as the password does not work anymore

I checked the records and it appears you have been able to log in again since you posted this?

Can you please confirm that you have regained access to your VRM account?

@guystewart : I‘ve just checked. I am not able to
manually log in to VRM Portal - Victron Energy
A password reset is also not possible as it requests an app token which I did not configure.

The Cerbo still seems to have a valid token.

Can you try and reset your password via this link?

@guystewart I tried it:

  • Login not possible
  • I do not receive a password reset link.
  • I do not receive a link for login without password

I have escalated the enquiry, and the Victron OneID team will get in touch via email to resolve this.

Just to get it right: OneID merges community, vrm and professional access to one single log in?

I ask because the Victron App forwards me to vrm. Can I use OneID credentials there, too?

The account recovery team has made a change to your account, please try to reset your password one more time here - it should allow you now;

The OneID system is still in the process of rolling out.

It doesn’t yet cover all accounts yet. Hopefully by the end of this year.

Your account had not yet migrated to OneID.
