Are there any advantages or disadvantages to the VM-3P75CT compared to the EM24 Ethernet?
I’ve already seen that the VM is faster, but does that make much difference?

I have a VM-3P75CT setup as a grid meter, connected via VE.CAN and won’t have issues with downtime/maintenance on LAN/Internet. You probably already seen it, but for the few that are unaware of the differences:
In the end it is a matter of personal preferences and required features. LCD or not. Dual function or not. I’m glad that I went for the VM-3P75CT. No regrets. And yes I have used others as well. Not anymore. No thanks.
Have a look at janitza umg96 or Siemens Sentron Pac 3000/4000.
The last few years I’ve had one of these installed in every industrial machine, never had a problem.
