Hi, when I installed the Multi RS, I changed the “AC input type” from Grid to Generator and then got the “Grid lost alarm” in the Victron connect app. I’ve tried to clear this alarm, but can’t find out where to do this. Does anyone know how to do this?
And this didn’t happen when the input was labelled grid (with no input)?

Was the error active when you changed input names? (With the expectation that it would clear?)
No, the alarm came when I switched from grid to generator.

I have exactly the same issue with my multi RS solar. No alarms on the Cerbo or VRM but if I connect to the Multi rs with victron connect, then I get the same alarm unless the generator is running. Off grid installation, latest firmware but had the same with 2 or 3 versions prior. Also second multi rs solar inverter with the same issue, previous one was replaced under warranty a few months ago. Input is set as generator but I get this alarm even if input is set to none.
Hi, i change the mode from ON to “Inverter only” and this solve the issue, but maybe i have to change it back if i will use the Generator.
Yes that works but you have to change it back to ON to get it to connect the generator to charge.
I have a manual start setup so the cerbo and Multi RS is not starting the generator. It it was set up that way then there may not be the grid loss alarm but not able to test that with my setup.
