Victron Multi RS 6000 Net Code password?

Hi everyone! I am currectly testing a new setup with 3x Victron Multi RS 6000, but when I try to setup the grid code, I need a password that I cannot find.
I already have a Multiplus system up and running and I know that you can only set the grid code once on the multiplusses, but it seems that for the Multi RS Solar, you need a password for the first time too.

I have upgraded the firmware to version 1.2 on the Multi RS, but still I cant seem to setup a grid code.
I want to test ESS (and after that DESS).

This is something you are to talk to your dealer about. If you don’t know who your dealer is use the support page.

In that screenshot it specifically says it is allowed to select a grid code ONCE. But I just powered up my Multi RS Solar for the first time and connected it to Victron Connect (VE-Can → Cerbo GX). However I am not even able to select grid code for the first time. I bought the units at Nkon.com, I guess they are the dealer?

Possibly. If they aren’t then they will have a dealer that supplies them. In the meantime i have made my own enquiries.

Hi @vaursechs . This is a bug in the current VictronConnect release.
Fix is already announced by Victron.

Multi RS:

Enable setting the grid code for the first time without requiring a password

I could find the password with the right search terms via Google as quick fix. Of course, your Victron dealer is the recommended and official source.
