I can’t get my modem to transmit data. Any help?
Sim says good and active.
Have 4G R and 3 or 4 bars
Little more info as I am remote and can use my iPhone and hot spot WiFi works with VRM portal, but can’t figure out the modem. I don’t think it is transmitting data. SIM card says ready and internet says online. What setting am I missing?
What cellular carrier is the SIM for? Verizon Wireless does not support the LTE modem and they told me they never would. That was two years ago so your mileage may vary. I know AT&T and T-Mobile SIM cards will work.
Crazy…. After 12 hours it started working. It is a sixfab SIM card on AT&T network. One thing I did change was my settings in sixfab website. I changed data to unlimited.
