Victron GSM modem and connection problem to VRM portal

Hi.
My (new) Cerbo GX has attached a (new) Victron GX LTE 4G modem, and vil not communicate with the VRM portal. (#153 connection error, Failed to resolve ccgxlogging.victronenergi.com). Everything is fine if i use wifi (use my phone as a hotspot). I have verified the sim-card from a phone, and I can also see that the GSM connection is “online” in the Cerbo. I’ve read for hours in different support forums, but have not found a solution. I’ve also been in contact with the telecom vender provided the SIM card, but they cant see any issues. I’ve upgrade to the latest OS (beta) v3.70~20, but still have the same problems.
I will be very grateful if anyone can give me som tips on what to do.

v3.70~21 is the newest beta and fixes a GSM modem issue, but im not sure if its your exact one

I’m also having trouble connecting via gsm and the update didn’t fix it. have tried all the usual fixes.

my victron lte modem stopped working with the service provider I have a subscription with, though it worked for a couple of years. it works fine with a sim card from another provider….

the only solution I’ve found is to use a 3rd party (non-victron) 4g router of some sort. I’m aiming for one with an ethernet port so I can hardwire the cerbo.

or I just switch providers.
