Hello everyone,
Is there a way to make the Victron EV charger accessible in the Connect app while on the move?
Of course the whole thing works via the VRM portal, but I would find it easy to control it via the Connect app
The background is that I don’t have WiFi everywhere on the property (garden, terrace), but I have very good mobile reception
Currently I only see the MPPT and the grid meter

Currently it’s not possible.
But there is beta testing ongoing to make the Webinterface accessible via the VRM portal.
I think VictronConnect could be the next step.

I use Venus OS 3.41 but I can’t see the EVCC in the Victron Connect app 6.08 if I’m not connected to WiFi. What am I doing wrong?
I can only see the Victron energy meter
The wallbox has firmware 1.29

No, you can’t see it in Victron Connect, but you can access the EVCS through VRM. If you go to device list, click on the EVCS, then control panel.

Thank you very much, that’s how I’m currently using it
Will it be available in the Victron Connect app at some point?

Sure, but not sure when, EVCS is a bit different from the rest of the Victron products
