My EV charger keeps clicking and trying to start again when the car has stopped the charging (eg at 80%)m, especially when starting on a schedule.

Not sure how the recommendation of a recalibration would help when I can set the stop level in the car to 70% or 80% or 100% depending on my predicted driving usage.
Hi, the vehicle is trying to keep the battery charged and from time to time is asking for power. To prevent this, there is an option to keep the relay/contactor closed when fully charged. Enable it and tell me if that solved the issue.
Yes, I Enabled it and the issue seems to be fixed. I also did another “recalibration” which from the manal sounds like a “handshake” between the systems? Anyway, some quick tests of turning the charge on and off in the car seems to enable/disable the charger as expected now.
