Victron Ess

Good day team Victron

I use 3 Multiplus in 3 phase , till last year I got 2 Mppt 150/85 and now I got new Mppt 250/85 all are TR Ve.can for each Mppt minim 4 kWh panels , now finally sun come out but I don’t produce more then 4 or 5 kWh , til new Mppt 250/85 i was producing like 8-9 kWh almost , what I doing wrong ? Normal should produce more or not ? Panels are clear not dirty or shadows

All Mppt are setup for pylontech and 85A maxim, in dvcc limit charge current it’s not active and all Mppt are slave , ess setup for feeding on .

Any suggestion will be appreciated
Thanks for your support in advance

What battery do you have?
You could try to remove the remote plugs from the MPPTs and plug it in one by one to see what power each MPPT can produce.

Hallo @M_Lange I use one pylon-tech us 3000c and one jk bms 15s 85 ah with ve.can connection.

I was disconnected one by one Mppt and nothing changed same value for each .

With two different BMS’ I’m out.
The Victron system is designed to have only one battery pack connected.

Ok @M_Lange I will definitely disconnect jk bms today . Updates will come tomorrow.
Thanks for your support @M_Lange

@84%SOC is the system throttling charge current?

If it is either use more power or get bigger storage capacity.

Im thinking about getting more battery but still I don’t see how this will change something , this system can feed back and this should work whiteout any big capacity battery or I’m wrong?

@M_Lange Hi I disconnected jk bms and finally today come out sun a little bit and I saw this , my heart was beating so fast I never got so much :joy:

Did you disconnect the JK BMS battery completely or just the communication?

Completely disconnected , only pylontech is available now

But with only one US3000 it should charge with max. 37A.

Do you have enabled the feed-in of excess solar power?

I was thinking about that too and I don’t understand why give so much power in pylontech , feed in is On

You should disable that.

With DC feed-in enabled the system ignores the current limit of the BMS.
You need more battery capacity.

If you have 3x MultiPlus 48/3000 you need at last 4x US3000.
With 3x MultiPlus 48/5000 at last 7x US3000.

Ok , now is dc feed-in disabled, I need to activate limit system feed-in ? To let feed back?

Your battery pack is to small for your PV power!

Your battery pack needs to be able to get charged with the max current your PV array can produce.

At your screenshot you have 8000W PV power that’s 166A at 48V.
One US3000 can handle 37A continuously → 166/37 = 4,5 → 5x US3000

You should not use DC feed-in until you have a bigger battery pack.

Or you need to use NodeRed to dynamically adjust the grid set point in a way that the battery doesn’t get too much current.

Ok , thank you  Matthias , I will try to get with node red this to work

Hi again @M_Lange i got two days Great Sun and in this time my System is working fine but still not able to get more power always have between 5kw-6kw , I was updated cerbogx to beta large firmware , just to remind I have almost 16 kw power solar , should make minim 8 kw I’m right ? Here photo from today

And here photo with mppts

And btw I have disconnected lynxshunt from ve.bus
