Can this inverter take 4 cables in AC in (2 hot, 1 ground, 1neutral)?
MP2 3/5k can take 6AWG, the bigger models have M6 bolts

The 240V single phase have an each in/out:
- 1x phase (hot)
- 1x Neutral
- 1x Protected earth
In addition there is one central ground.

No. You need two Multiplus-II 120V inverters to make North American split-phase {L1 (hot), L2 (hot), Neutral, Ground}
An autotransformer can give you split-phase 120/240V from a single inverter, but this has serious limitations on neutral current and grounding approach.
