Hello, I am in North America and am seeking confirmation that the Multiplus II 2x 120V can be installed using 30A - 3-conductor shore power source and the invertor outputs can also reply on 3-condutor AC output wire.
To make this happen, i would need to leave the L2 AC-in and L2 AC-out empty and ensure I program the Multiplus’s accordingly.
Assuming you mean {Line, Neutral, Ground} for your three conductors.
The following diagram shows the three modes of operation for the 2x 120V multiplus.
Your question is the middle diagram. L2 does not need to be connected as the input relay for it is open. So yes, three wires will work.
You can certainly use L2 AC-output, however!
It is just connected to the L1 input, which is what RV people expect.
And this feature makes the 2x 120V very useful.
