I have a Multiplus-II 2x 120v and trying to add two AC input sources (Shore Power & Generator, both 120v).
The Manual for this product indicates the following connectors should be present:
However, my device has the following connectors:
Notice this only has one AC-IN, not two as described in the manual. Am I missing something here, or is there a different way to connect two AC inputs to this device?

Hi probaply an old manual from a former version of the split phase model, you cant connect two ac input sources to the current model
That’s rather unfortunate. It doesn’t appear the current manual online has been updated, and I made this purchase based on the described capabilities.
Where did you find that manual, i can only find the version with your model in it on the victron site
It looks like it is a wrong picture … no.1 is a Quattro 2 x 120V … not a Multi …

Well, you’d think that’s true, because that’s what I thought initially… But I got the product (ordered Multiplus-II 2x 120v), and received it. The label on the inside-right side of the panel clearly states it is a Multiplus-II 2x 120v, and is identical to that photo…
Edit: Sorry, I thought you meant the photo of the device… But the screenshot from the manual is from the manual for the Multiplus-II 2x 120V, which is what I have. If that’s the Quattro, it’s possible they just used the same manual for both models, as indicated by the filename. Unfortunately, I’m not able to find the spec for the multi in that manual since there are some clear differences.
Looks like there are two 2x120v versions,
your link is the north american version, datasheet and product photo says one input but manual says 2

A quattro is a different product and housing is completly different
Edit: above is not right, quattro 2 is indeed the same housing as a multiplus!
Yeah, which is why I’m confused why the manual for the quattro is duplicated on the multi’s product page as the manual for the Multi…
The Quattro-II 3kVA units are virtually identical to the MultiPlus-II units except for the additional AC input, so looks like in this case the manual for the MultiPlus-II and Quattro-II just mistakenly shows the connection block from the Quattro-II without denoting that it’s specific to the Quattro-II. I’ll raise this to the documentation team to get that clarified in the manual.

I threw in a generator/shore auto transfer switch and was able to get this Multi working great for my application.
