Victron Cerbo GX/Color Control GX Stuck on Black Screen How to Fix?

Hi Everyone,

I recently installed a Victron Cerbo GX or Color Control GX to monitor my solar power system, but now the display is completely black screen and unresponsive.

Here is what I have tried so far:
Checked power supplyThe unit is getting power.
Restarted the system No change.
Tried a different screen Still no display.
Firmware update via USB Unable to access the screen.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Could this be a firmware bug, hardware failure, or a setting that needs to be adjusted? Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated!

Are you using a victron screen? Have you plugged in both the display and the usb item for the diplay into the correct usb port?

Can you acces the remote console on lan?

These are totally different units, the ccgx is completely obsolete, will not really run with the newest Venus versions, not enough cpu power, not enough memory.

So what do you have ??
