That doesn’t make sense, both are required for safe operation. And IIRC, the normal (blue) battery nodes are rather sparse in addressable settings, forcing the use of the general (orange) input/control nodes.

What about this list below (and keep an eye out for the ability to register which cell of which string measures to have min / max cell voltage. I would love to be able to map our actual high performance battery build, based on 6S modules, 2 in series for 12S strings with upto 15 strings in parallel. (And a dedicated analog control system to keep that very well balanced and safe, but still need to be able to monitor and identify which are the minimum and maximum voltage outliers including their location). Same goes for temperature. All that data is readily available, would be very valuable to be able to access it from within the VenusOS platform/GUI.
