VE Smart bus will not acknowledge input power (shore AC)

Hello,
Multiplus II 12/3000/120-502x120v

I have an issue where I cannot get the Victron app to display/recognize the incoming power supply (Shore or generator). It will display on my PC with the MK3 adapter.
Without the app on my iPhone recognizing I cannot change the input current.
-I have set the selector to allow the remote device to control the input current.
-everything is up to date on firmware/software.
-I have deleted the app and re connected everything
-I do not have the 3.5mm headphone jack for external CT so I cannot perform the plug in of said jack trick.

How is the system programmed?
If it is base setting then virtual switch is probably active and it is ignoring the input based on programming.

Or are you saying it is connected and doing the right things but not displaying correctly?

What firmware are you using on all the devices?

“Current limit overruled by remote” virtual switch is currently ON

I can change the input current limit on my PC, but not on the iPhone/bluetooth. In the settings menu it will give a dialogue box to change the input current but will not do anything when you “OK” your input.

I am not sure of the firmware version, but it was all updated to whatever is current as of yesterday.

What would the be the best/most efficient way for me to share the system programming?

I will get the firmware numbers tomorrow when I get plugged in to it again with my PC.

Thank you for your patience, I am new to Victron products.

If connect it uo to date, then it should all be current.

When your firmware updated on the inverter, did you reprogram to remove conditional ac input?

Firmware v556
Conditional AC input virtual switch is OFF

1st 2 pictures are off my iPhone.
3rd picture is off my PC.
I am trying to gain the functionality that my PC shows for inverter controls.

I got it figured out!
I removed power from the VE.Bus smart dongle and re-installed power.
And everything started to work great.

Thank you for all your assistance!
