Yes it is. You need an account on victron professional. The firmware is available there.
How did you do the upgrade?
The other question is what else is in the system that needs an upgrade?
Usually the words phase master suggests there are other units on the system. They all need to be updated.
All inverters in a polyphase system need to have the same firmware version. If you update one, you need to update all. Changing the firmware also resets all settings to default, so the grouping and settings also need to be backed up before the upgrade and restored afterward.
Hello Many thanks. We did the upgrade using VRM Device list firmware update . Yes we know that polyphase system need the same firmware version
and the customer is asked to create one from 3 multiplus -II inverters. We have made the upgrade to

and got the above message during one upgrade. We also made a attempt to create the 3F system using the V.Bus quick configure but it failed.
Now these inverters are all working in standalone mode OK. We think that there could be a internet connection problem because of weak internet connection and one or two inverter firmware upgrade was not done OK. Please let us know the another firmware update possibility using the file upload from PC. In that case we also need the correct file name from victron professional.
